Hanna Haaslahti’s new website launched!

Since a few days, you can get a thorough insight into Hanna Haaslahti’s artistic work and projects at www.hannahaaslahti.net.

On her website, she presents her methods of working, pictures of selected works and informs about upcoming events in her timeline on a regular basis. Take the opportunity to get to know her dealing with human relations using computer and video techniques.

Soon, you will be able to experience her works for yourself, as she reveals her site-specific work at the Ionic Temple in the Gardens of Chiswick House. As the winner of the Historic category of Sculpture Shock 2015, Haaslahti will develop a sculptural intervention until December, 2015, to be presented in the 18th century gardens of neo-Palladian villa Chiswick House.

Haaslahti has a background in photography and set design and completed her MFA in media studies at the Medialab at University of the Arts and Design Helsinki in 2001. She has exhibited extensively across Europe, has undertaken residencies in Brussels and St Petersburg and has received many awards including the prestigious AVEK-award. She lives and works in Helsinki, Finland.
